Welcome to Bike Fixers. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
Bike Fixers provides on-demand, doorstep two-wheeler servicing, repair, and emergency assistance. Our certified mechanics perform services at your location, using genuine parts and transparent pricing.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is authorized. We accept online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards) and cash on service completion. All prices are inclusive of parts and labor unless otherwise specified.
- Price Estimates: Provided upfront; final cost may vary if additional repairs are required (you’ll be notified first).
- Taxes: All charges include applicable GST.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled slot incur no charge.
- Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a 25% service fee.
- No-shows or cancellations after service initiation are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle and location details.
- Ensure safe, accessible parking area for our technician.
- Be present (or designate a responsible representative) during service.
5. Warranty & Liability
We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on all services and parts we install. This warranty covers defects in labor or parts supplied by Bike Fixers. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on this site are the property of Bike Fixers. You may not reproduce or redistribute any materials without our written consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
